Currently working on a thesis entitled Paths generation for the synthesis of molecular cages under the supervision of Yann Strozecki and Sandrine Vial. My research focuses on algorithmics and its applications in chemistry (cheminformatics). I develop algorithms and heuristics for the automatic generation of molecular cages tailored to a target substrate, modelling these structures as geometric graphs subject to chemical constraints. This includes in particular the study of the complexity and enumeration of interconnection trees, a combinatorial problem at the heart of molecular cage assembly.
